Your best body.
Ever. In 30 days.

Every workout, every meal and every daily target is planned before you start. You bring the effort; the deciding is done.

Why this works

Diets fail. Systems don't.

Other programs hand you vague advice and call it a plan. SHRED30 removes every decision: six concrete targets, every day, tracked. Nothing left to weigh up at six in the morning.

Training

30 workouts, fully programmed

Every exercise, set, rep and rest for all 30 days, across three phases that each get harder.

Fuel

Every meal mapped — and swappable

High-protein meals for all 30 days, with one-tap swaps that always hit the same protein and calories.

Coaching

Daily coaching in your corner

A short tip every day — eating out, breaking a stall, sleeping better.

The program

Three phases. One new body.

Your body gets used to things fast, so the program keeps changing. Each phase asks a little more, which is what keeps the scale moving for all 30 days.

Day 1Day 30

IGNITE

Days 1–10

Shock the system. Strip water weight, kill cravings, build the habit engine. The scale moves fast here — most people drop 6–9 lbs in phase one alone.

ACCELERATE

Days 11–20

The furnace is lit. Volume climbs, rest drops, and your body starts burning fat around the clock. This is where the mirror catches up to the scale.

PEAK

Days 21–30

Maximum output. Everything you built gets pushed to the redline. You finish leaner, harder and sharper than you've been in years — with photos to prove it.

The method

Six targets.
Every day.

Give someone twenty rules and they keep none of them. So there are six, and they are the same six every day. Hit all six and the day counts, whatever the scale said that morning.

Your numbers

Different bodies. Different numbers.

Weight counts water, food and muscle along with fat. Body fat is the part that changes how you look. Find the figure closest to yours — that’s where you’re starting.

Worked examples

There is no one plan. Your numbers come from your size, your age, how active you are and what you’re aiming at. Here is what three very different people get.

The bodies are illustrated approximations of the standard reference ranges — for placing yourself, not diagnosing yourself. The three profiles are worked examples, not customers: every number is the same function the app runs on Day 1.

The dashboard

Your command center.

Today's session, your six targets, your streak — and a weight line that only tells the truth.

An illustration of the dashboard. The numbers in it are invented.

What to expect

Week one hits fast.

The flush

Week 1

You’re eating less than you burn, and stored water clears out. The scale can move 5–8 lbs this week — most of it water, and it still means it’s working.

The grind

Weeks 2–3

The scale slows and the 7-day average takes over. Real fat loss, strength climbing — the unglamorous middle, where it actually happens.

The reveal

Week 4

Side by side with Day 1, the mirror stops arguing. Your deficit was sized to land on the goal you set — hit the targets and the arithmetic gets you there.

This is what the program’s own arithmetic produces if you hit your targets every day — not an average collected from customers. Results vary.

Questions? Handled.

Can I really lose 20 pounds in 30 days?+

Twenty is the top end, and it takes a big starting weight and near-perfect compliance. What the app actually does is size your daily deficit to the goal you set on Day 1 — capped at a safe maximum — so the arithmetic aims at your number rather than at a marketing one. Week 1 runs ahead of the trend because stored water and glycogen clear out. We don't publish an average result: we don't yet have one we would trust, and an invented one is worse than none. What we stand behind is the system and the refund.

Do I need a gym?+

No. Every workout has a home version — a pair of dumbbells is ideal, but bodyweight-only works too: every weighted movement lists a built-in 'No kit?' swap right in the workout. If you do have a gym, the program tells you exactly what to load.

I'm a total beginner. Is this too extreme?+

No — you pick your level on day one: Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. Same 30 days, same system, scaled dose. Beginner starts at two working sets with full rest periods, every exercise lists a regression, and every movement is one tap from a proper-form video. You can switch levels anytime in Settings. 'Extreme' describes the commitment, not the barrier to entry.

What happens after Day 30?+

You'll have a before/after, a habit engine, and a body that trains. Most people run a maintenance block or go again with heavier loads. The system is yours forever.

Is this safe?+

The program uses hard floors on calories (never below 1500 for men / 1200 for women), a protein-first diet, mandatory sleep targets and a built-in recovery day every week. That said — check with your physician before starting this or any aggressive fat-loss program, especially if you have a medical condition.

Everything is decided
except when you start.

The plan is written. Your numbers are one short form away. The clock starts when you say so.
