Your data, measured too

Last updated 27 August 2026

The short version

SHRED30 is built to keep your data on your device. Your profile, workouts, habits and weigh-ins live in your browser's local storage by default and never reach us. We collect an email address only when you ask us for something — the free book, the coaching waitlist, or an account — and we don't run ads, ad trackers, or analytics cookies on this site.

What we collect, and when

  • Nothing, by default. Using the app without an account stores everything locally on your device. Clearing your browser data deletes it; our servers never see it.
  • Your email, when you give it. Downloading the free book or joining the coaching waitlist stores the email you enter, tagged with what you asked for. We use it for that purpose and occasional SHRED30 updates; every email includes a way to opt out.
  • Account data, if you create one. Signing in links your email to your training data (profile, logs, weigh-ins) so it can sync between your devices. This is optional — the app works fully without it.
  • Purchase records. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — we receive confirmation that a purchase happened, the email used, and what was bought, which is what lets us restore your access later.

What we deliberately don't do

  • No advertising, ad networks, or ad trackers.
  • No analytics cookies or cross-site tracking.
  • No selling, renting, or sharing of your data with third parties for marketing.
  • No collection of health data on our servers unless you opt into an account.

Who processes data for us

Three services, each doing one job: Stripe (payments), Supabase (account sync and email sign-in codes, if you use an account), and Vercel (hosting, which processes standard server logs such as IP addresses to serve the site). Each processes your data under its own privacy terms and our instructions.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, correct it, or have it deleted — email hello@shred30.com from the address in question. Local data is yours already: Settings → Account & data lets you export or erase everything on your device. If you're in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Who we are
