What you're buying

SHRED30 is a digital fitness program: a 30-day training plan, computed nutrition targets, example meal templates and a tracking dashboard, plus the free blog, book and study guides around it. A purchase is a one-time payment — no subscription, no renewals — for personal, lifetime access to the program for you. It isn't transferable and isn't for redistribution or resale.

What it is — and isn't

Everything here is education and general fitness guidance from certified personal trainers, publishing as Coach D. It is not medical or dietary advice. Foods named anywhere are examples of choices that meet the targets, never prescriptions. Consult your physician before beginning this or any exercise or nutrition program — particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication — and stop and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Training carries inherent risk; you take part at your own judgement and risk.

Results

Weight-loss figures on this site are top-end or typical ranges, include initial water weight, and depend on your compliance, starting point and individual factors. We promise the system; we can't promise your outcome — nobody honestly can.

Your content and conduct

• Don't copy, scrape, or republish the program, book, articles or guides beyond normal personal use (sharing the free book unchanged is explicitly fine).
• Don't use the site to do anything unlawful or to interfere with its operation.
• Accounts are yours alone — keep the email behind one accurate and in your control.

The service

We work to keep the site fast and available, but it's provided "as is" and we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your local data stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy) — use the export in Settings for your own backup. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't lawfully be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
