The trainers behind the system
SHRED30 is built and written by certified personal trainers, publishing under one name: Coach D. Not a content team, not a growth agency — qualified trainers, one system, every number checked.
The program exists because most 30-day plans fail the same way: they run on motivation, and motivation runs out around day three. SHRED30 runs on measurement instead. Every target — calories, protein, steps, sleep, training load — is computed from your numbers, tracked daily, and adjusted as you shrink. The house rule is on every page of the site: everything measured, nothing guessed.
Everything published here sits inside a qualified trainer's scope of practice, and says so when it reaches the edge of that scope. The training programming is individualized to your level and equipment. The nutrition side gives you targets and example foods that hit them — never prescriptions, because individualized dietary prescription belongs to registered dietitians, and the site is honest about that line everywhere it matters.
One system, three depths
Every workout written, every number computed, thirty days tracked. Day 1 is free.
110 articles arguing every rule in the program, with sources.
Five free guides — gym basics to Level 4 strength & conditioning — also used by trainers studying for their own qualifications.
Want a trainer, not just the system?
